European Title] Royal Rumble Ken Shamrock dominated early on, eliminating a few people until he was eliminated himself. As soon as The Undertaker came in, he killed anything that came in his way. Most notable was Rocky Maivia's entry at 24 Minutes and exit at 24 Minutes and 6 seconds. Thats when the DeGeneration X domination began. 4 out of the 5 last entrants were DX, and after eliminating The Undertaker and Goldberg, DX began to play with each other. For 15 Minutes, only DX members were in the ring, and after the fun wore of, Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Shawn Michaels began to take on each other. Michaels used his agility and speed to quickly throw out Triple H. And after Michaels was handed the European Title, all of DeGeneration X did the crotch chop for the crowd. X-Pac -vs- Rocky Maivia Rocky Maivia began the match by dominating every aspect of it. He whipped around X-Pac all around the ring, and after a while it was getting embarrassing. Finally Rocky took X-Pac out of his misery and executed the Rock Bottom. Needless to say, the fight was long gone. [Non-Title Match] Kane -vs- Shawn Michaels Both opponents started off even, although not much could be taken from the match due to its length. The two times that Kane was in trouble, Paul Bearer pulled down on the rope and Kane was disqualified. [WWF Intercontinental Title] Sting -vs- Bill Goldberg Sting came out to a huge roar and started the match of like a typical champion. Sting dominated early on, doing what he wished with Goldberg, however it didn't affect Goldberg at all. After a short struggle, Bill Goldberg began to use his strength. After the spear tackle and the Jackhammer, Bill Goldberg was crowned WWF Intercontinental Champion. |
